I can view other camera feed but can't see Toddler Playground B. Please look into it and fix it for my account.

I had the same issue as you, fully closing the app on your device and re opening generally helps. If that still dosent work make sure your not using a VPN and also try on your mobile data/home wifi to see it it works there, I've noticed my works wifi seems to work and not work all the time due to restrictions on the network.

Camera is still not working. Crashing the app or logging back in to the app does not fix the issue. When I reported the issue to the director, I was told that the camera needs to be replaced and that she is waiting for the replacement camera

I have been following on this issue for quite a while now. There has been no resolution. Can you please expedite it
